We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping with UPS/FedEx! Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is noted on each product description. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Our team is constantly seeking the best shipment methods. We work with large manufactures from all over the world to share their products. To save your money our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays although rare, due happen from time to time -  all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items: If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after. You will receive separate tracking numbers when this occurs.

The Ordering Process

Once you place your order, you will receive a Fulfilment Order Confirmation within 1-2 Business Days.  This Order Confirmation is to acknowledge that we have received your order and it has been immediately processed.  This will NOT include your tracking information.  Your tracking information will be updated shortly after your order has been processed. At that time you will be automatically sent your UPS/FedEx tracking information. We review all orders numerous times per day. So please don't worry, we see every order and process them as we receive them as fast as possible. 

Please understand that due to Covid -19, some shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Regulations and Restrictions:

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.  By placing an international order (shipping outside of Canada and the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
