The Ordering Process

Once you place your order, you will receive a Fulfilment Order Confirmation within 48 hours.  This Order Confirmation is to acknowledge that we have received your order and it has been immediately processed.  This will NOT include your tracking information.  Your tracking information will be updated approximately 72 hours after the order is processed. At that time you will be automatically sent your UPS/FedEx tracking information. We review all orders numerous times per day. So please don't worry, we see every order and process them as we receive them as fast as possible.
